Mission Statement
The Bloom Forward Arts Competition exists to recognize young women whose creativity reflects leadership and a commitment to making a difference, giving them the opportunity to express it through art. Many talented students never receive recognition because they lack access to competitive art opportunities or financial resources. This competition celebrates not only artistic ability but also the impact that the Bloom Forward organization wants to make.
